Out of Town Services
Not local to Atlanta? No problem, we can still help!
As nationally and internationally known experts in pelvic floor rehabilitation, we often work with people outside of the Atlanta area. We've worked with people from all over the United States and internationally (as far as the UK, Romania, India, and more!).
Check out some of our options for your care below!
Care Options For Out Of Town Patients
-
In-person/virtual hybrid
Our out-of-town patients have a variety of options for in-person care. For those able to drive/travel to us periodically, we can create customized treatment plans, pairing in-person visits with virtual care, at a frequency that is comfortable and manageable for you. This can often work well for people living 2-4 hours away from the practice.
-
3-5 Day In-Person Intensive/virtual hybrid
For those who live further away from us, we offer an in-person intensive followed by virtual follow-up appointments. The in-person intensive is scheduled in advance, and typically includes a 2-hour in-person comprehensive evaluation followed by 1-2 follow-up visits, typically within a 3-5 day period.
This is a customized program, and often includes referrals to local practitioners following the intensive and/or virtual follow-up coaching.
To inquire about this option and create a customized plan, please set-up a free 15-min consultation. -
The Second Opinion
For those local or out-of-town who are established already in care with another pelvic rehabilitation provider, we offer the option for a second opinion on your case. This typically includes a 1-2-hour in-person comprehensive evaluation. At the conclusion of the evaluation, recommendations are made for your treatment plan.
Consultation and coordination with your primary pelvic rehabilitation provider, including a copy of our written report, is also included should you plan to continue care with your primary provider.
-
Virtual Coaching
For individuals who are unable to physically travel to us, we offer virtual pelvic health coaching. This allows us to take a look at your symptoms and make recommendations to aid you in your care. This can include general recommendations, behavioral/lifestyle recommendations, and referrals to local practitioners. For some, this can be a one-time consultation, and others participate in a consistent coaching program.

“As a fellow pelvic health provider, I am extremely picky about where I go for my personal care. The environment and the whole staff at Southern Pelvic Health is so warm and welcoming. All of the physical therapists are fantastic…”
