Patient Care Coordinator

Patient care is my passion, and I’m dedicated to improving the patient experience. Over the past decade, I’ve had the opportunity to serve patients in various specialty healthcare settings throughout various industry roles. Before joining the team here at Southern Pelvic Health, I was an integral part of Albany Medical System’s business and data analysis team, where I focused on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing critical medical operation metrics. My work there allowed me to present process improvement initiatives to key stakeholders, which resulted in higher satisfaction among our most important clients – the patients. Before that, I spent time in an insurance verification role for a boutique dermatology office, where I facilitated the care of over hundreds of patients.

Throughout my career, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Excelsior in 2021, an MBA from LSUS in 2023, and a graduate-level certificate in business analysis methods from UGA in 2024. At each waypoint, my innate compassion and deep love for patient-oriented service has only grown. I genuinely believe that no matter who you are or where you’re from, you deserve the highest quality medical providers and support staff to help you navigate these unchartered waters. As I have always said, compassion and empathy are free, and love should be spread without limits!
